Patrick Calhoun

Patrick is a dedicated certified personal trainer with over 7 years of experience in transforming lives through fitness. As an athlete playing Lacrosse and Hockey, Patrick always worked out to stay in shape.   He became more focused on fitness after a personal struggle with being overweight and the desire to lead a healthier, more fulfilling life. This transformation ignited a passion in him to empower others on their fitness journeys. As a personal trainer, Patrick emphasizes the importance of nurturing a healthy relationship with food, advocating for balanced, nourishing diets over restrictive eating patterns. He believes in exercise as a sustainable lifestyle choice, not just a temporary solution. 

Specializing in Strength, HIIT, Mobility Training, Stretching and Sports Performance, he has worked with clients between the ages of 10 and 70. His approach is tailored to help you seamlessly integrate fitness into your daily life. Patrick’s goals for all clients, to help embark on a journey towards lasting health, where each step is a celebration of progress and self-discovery. 

He loves to cook and create meals that satisfy and help maintain a healthy lifestyle. An avid sports enthusiast, the Michigan native loves Hockey, Football and Soccer.

Kori

Kori’s love for fitness and holistic health began in 2014, ignited by a desire to live a vibrant and fulfilling life. Her journey, however, extends far beyond that year. Growing up, Kori was surrounded by fitness – her mother taught Jazzercise and helped run multiple gyms and fitness studios in AZ, instilling in her a lifelong appreciation for movement and well-being.

This passion for fitness, combined with a deep-seated desire to help others, has always been a part of who she is. Becoming a mother to three children further solidified her commitment to healthy living. She experienced firsthand how fitness supported her through pregnancy, childbirth, and beyond, empowering her to navigate the challenges of motherhood with strength and grace.

Kori's dedication to holistic well-being extends beyond traditional fitness. She is a certified Reiki practitioner, EFT tapping practitioner, and Energy Codes practitioner, allowing her to offer a well-rounded approach to health and wellness.

Kori is fun, outgoing, and adventurous, and she brings this vibrant energy to every interaction. Most importantly, she possesses a genuine passion for helping others believe in themselves and achieve their fitness goals.

Kailah

Kailah has been a certified trainer for 2 1/2 years. She has high energy with a unique blend of expertise from both the fitness world and a high-level soccer background. With years of experience in competitive soccer, Kailah brings a deep understanding of athletic performance, agility, strength, and endurance, which they seamlessly integrate into her dynamic training style.

Having played for 10 years (sometimes playing on three teams at once), Kailah is passionate about helping others enhance their physical abilities through functional movements, injury prevention, and proper form techniques. Their background in soccer has shaped their coaching philosophy, focusing on improving overall athleticism, mental toughness, and conditioning for any fitness goal.

With a strong focus on motivation and creating a team-oriented environment, Kailah pushes clients to unlock their full potential, while making every session both challenging and fun. Whether you're training for a specific sport, looking to improve your fitness level, or seeking a structured workout routine, Kailah is committed to helping you exceed your limits and achieve lasting results.
