Class Descriptions:

Lift- Focus on lifting slow and heavy, building strength and muscle

Cardio-  Will use everything from lighter weights with higher reps, fast movements, body weight exercises, rowing machine or SkiErg with the focus of bringing up the heart rate to build cardiovascular health and endurance.

Muay Thai- Muay Thai is a martial art also referred to as “the art of eight limbs” consisting of knees, punches, kicks and elbows. Class focus will be proper technique in striking and defense,  building cardiovascular health, confidence and self defense in a comfortable fun environment

Yoga- More specifically Restorative Yoga, unlike other Yoga modalities, restorative yoga focuses on recovery, stretching and release of tension in the body through breathing through fewer poses held for longer periods of time.
