One-on-one and small group coaching built around your body, your goals, and your real life. No templates. No shortcuts.
Warner & Cooper, Gilbert AZ  · Personal Training  · Small Groups  · Ages 10 to 120
Two ways to work with Coach Patrick. Both include personalized programming, nutrition guidance, and real accountability.
Your session. Your plan. Every minute is focused on you, your form, your progression, your goals. This is the fastest and most direct path to results.
The coaching attention of personal training with the energy of training alongside others. Group sizes are kept intentionally small so you are coached, not just present.
Most people are not failing because they lack motivation. They are failing because they have never had the right system behind them.
Challenges, programs, memberships. You start strong, life wins, and you are back at square one. That is not a willpower problem. It is a system problem.
Without progressive programming and someone watching you, effort alone stalls fast. Hard work needs the right direction to go anywhere.
Hormonal shifts, slower recovery, more stress. What worked at 25 is different at 40 or 50. You need coaching built for how your body works right now.
When no one is tracking your progress it is easy to coast or quit. Accountability is the piece most people have never actually had.
You do not need another program. You need a real coach.

Patrick is not the trainer who has always been in great shape. He is the one who knows what it actually takes to change because he has been through it himself. Former multi-sport athlete who personally overcame being overweight.
He works with clients from ages 10 to 120. Whether you are dealing with hormonal changes, old injuries, a packed schedule, or just do not know where to start, Patrick builds a plan around your actual life.
His focus is strength over endless cardio, because that is where the long-term health gains are. More energy, less pain, better mobility, and a body that holds up for the things that matter.
Real feedback from real members.
If it wasn't for Patrick I wouldn't be where I am today. He worked with me one on one in the gym as well with my nutrition. Because of him I found success, strength and confidence in the gym and my health journey. I'm hooked!!
Working with Patrick was different than any other gym experience I had before. He was very patient and took time to make sure I understood the why along with the how. He checked in with me consistently and really supported me along the way.
I would have never been able to achieve the level of fitness and wellness I obtained if not for the personal attention given by Patrick. He treats everyone like family, even going the extra mile to check on me if I missed a few days in a row.

No. Most people come in feeling out of shape or like they are starting over. Your first session is an assessment, not a test. We build from wherever you are right now, and there is no judgment in that.
No. Many of our members are women, including those managing hormonal changes or building strength after years of cardio-only training. But we train men, teenagers, and older adults too. If you want to put in the work, you are welcome here.
In 1:1 training every minute of the session is about you. Your plan, your form, your pace. In small group the group is kept small enough that you still get real coaching attention and a custom plan, but you are training alongside a few others. Both include programming and nutrition. 1:1 moves faster. Small group costs less.
Yes. Patrick is a Corrective Exercise Specialist, which means he is trained to work around injuries, limitations, and chronic pain. In many cases smart strength training reduces pain over time by building the supporting muscle around problem areas. We always work within what is safe for your body.
Yes. Nutrition guidance is part of the coaching, not a separate add-on. It is practical, real-life advice built into your program. No extreme diets, no food lists, no 30-day detoxes. Just guidance you can actually follow.
You will meet Patrick, go through a movement and goals assessment, see the facility, and get a clear picture of how we would approach building your plan. No sales pitch. No obligation. You walk away knowing your next step.
